East Kootenay requested again, as it did in 1996, that at the conclusion
of the provincial review processes a local governance structure
be formed for the Jumbo Glacier Resort project to implement the
approved Master Plan, the Environmental Certificate requirements
and the land use decision of the East Kootenay CORE Table (recommendation
#75), a public and local land use designation process that was
the basis of the following fifteen years of public process....
