Invermere, B.C. – The Court of Appeals of British Columbia, B.C.’s highest court, has confirmed the earlier dismissal by the Supreme Court of B.C. of R.K. Heli-ski’s petition to overturn Jumbo Glacier Resort’s environmental certificate.
